Cardio and Endurance – This
is a combination of activities that will raise your pulse, push your
muscular endurance, and train your mind to push to a new level

Strength Training – Using
mostly just your body weight, our unique Strength Training builds your
core strength & muscle tone, which is a key in ALL sports and
activities. While the focus is on strength these sessions will also have
a cardio component.

Insanity Fitness – Jump into
action with Sean T our video instructor.
These workouts combine all aspects of fitness training – Cardio –
Plyometrics – Muscle Confusion – Dynamic Warm-ups – Cross Training –
Stretching – and Mental Concentration.
